2. We Hurtz EMOTIONALLY
3. We Hurtz RELATIONALLY

HOW TO DEAL WITH HURTZ?
We can depends on the bible for comfort!!! The Book of Psalms IS a book of encouragement!!!
Ps 34:18
The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.

6 dun in dealing with hurtz in ur life
1. Dun ignore the hurtz!!!
lit. suffer in silence=> Clint eastwood style "macho approach"
Ps 39:2
I was mute with silence, I held my peace even from good; And my sorrow was stirred up.
If u become silence of ur hurtz, u will become more miserable...
Ppl always think tt times will heal the wound... But a minor problems thru time can manifest into a big problems...
LEARN to DEAL with IT!!!

2.Dun run from the hurtz!!!
lit. u run away from the hurtz=>"chicken out approach"
Ps 55:5-8
Fearfulness and trembling have come upon me, And horror has overwhelmed me. So I said, "Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and be at rest. Indeed, I would wander far off, And remain in the wilderness. Selah I would hasten my escape From the windy storm and tempest."
If u run away from the hurtz, eventually u will go back to the same place where u first started...
LEARN to DEAL with IT!!!

3. Dun hide the hurtz!!!
lit. u ignore the problem n hide it=>"mask approach"
Prov 26:23
Fervent lips with a wicked heart Are like earthenware covered with silver dross.
Learn to express it out=> Half the battle is won in recovering the HURTZ!!!
Dun use possessions to compensate for the pain!!
Isa 53:5

U should open ur heartz, be transparent when u feel hurtz, so GOD can help u n ppl ard u can help u out!!!

U shld pray together to receive healing... When u pray u have to Open ur life and step out of it and ask GOD to heal u n deliver u...

4. Dun worry abt the hurtz!!!
Prayer is a postive movement... Worry is a negative mediation=> becoming more worse
If u pray n worry, ur problems will get worse...
The more you pray, the more blessing u have... The more worry u r, the more trouble u receive...
Worry is trying to control sth tt is uncontrollable... Worry nva solve thing, nva bring solution...
Worry abt sth u can't control is useless... Worry abt sth u can change is dumb... Becuz u can start doing sth abt it den why shld u still worry!!! U shld go n do it!!!
Job 5:2
For wrath kills a foolish man, And envy slays a simple one.

5. Dun resent the Hurtz!!!
Resentment is a emotional toxic!!!
Ps 73:21-22
Thus my heart was grieved, And I was vexed in my mind. I was so foolish and ignorant; I was like a beast before You.
Remember tt All thing work for good if u love GOD!!!
When u have resentment, it will cloud ur mind
Remember tt There is always breakthrought and solutions in GOD

Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord; 2 Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive To the voice of my supplications.

6. Dun Give UP!!!
Keep walking with GOD!!! Dun give up, U nva know u will have another opportunity again!!! Dun give up on urself and GOD!!!
Let US cast our anxiety n worries on GOD
Ps 142:2-3
I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare before Him my trouble. When my spirit was overwhelmed within me, Then You knew my path. In the way in which I walk They have secretly set a snare for me.
Ps 27:13-14
I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!
GOD is near the broken hearted... GOD will repair the broken hearted when u go to HIM!!! U got to believe in the Promises of GOD!!!
Mt11:28-30
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
