This year so far have been a good year for me... I juz celebrated my b'day on Dec 20 at downtown east chalet which was great and fantastic as I invite my frens n my family to celebrate with me this year... I still remember it was the first time where my frens stay over with me to play xbox games till late (abt 5am in the morning of the next day as we played overnight)... Though not many of my frens able to make it but no worries as I gg to arrange one or two the coming year n hoped more frens can come n join me in the celebration... Labels: Updates
On Dec 25, Christmas was kinda fun even though I didn't really have the time to fully enjoy it as I was rushing here n there with my frens... But I happen to catch the Christmas spirit as my church happen to celebrate Christmas one wk b4 hand which make the mth of Dec a mth of festive mood n like I said, I'm really in the festive mood as I was also clearing my leave for the yr 2005 of my ns liability.... Next yr I dun even have to bother abt ns liao as by then I have already ORDed... Like I said the wk b4 Christmas, my church had s candlelight svc which was spectacular n awesome... On Christmas svc itself, we have a wonderful "ChristmasLand" Drama by our SCA CHC which make an impact on ppl lives...
And today is our last svc of the year, Rev Kong was a fabulous speaker n he prepare a sermon for us to start the new year with a new spirit so as to let go the past n embrace the future...
Basically this mth is kinda relaxing as most of my time is not in camp n thus I'm able to enjoy n have the fesyive mood in me... Some more there is so much holiday between Nov till Jan, which is a total of 3 mth of festive season... First we have Hari Raya Puasa with Deepavali, follow by my B'day n Christmas, follow by New Year, Follow by Hari Raya Haji with Chinese New Year... I'm really looking forward for the new year in 1 1/2 hour time...
Here I wanna Wish everyone A HAPPY NEW YEAR with Great n Wonderful Blessing ahead for the year 2006... May God Bless Everyone...

About SoftDrinks
Please read this. An interesting piece of information.......
Have a look at the wrapper on a Coca-Cola 1.5 litre bottle and in the ingredients label you will find phosphoric acid in it. Minute quantities of ethylene glycol are also used (which is acknowledged in the soft drink world for making it really chill). This is popularly known as anti-freeze which prevents water from freezing at 0 deg C and instead drops it 4-5 degrees with minute quantities. This chemical is a known slow poison in the caliber of arsenic. So, if you manage to drink about 4 liters of Coke within an hour or so, you can die.
Read along and give up these dangerous things. Be natural; have flavored milks, tender coconuts, buttermilk, lassi and plain water instead of these "soft" drinks.
Guess what's the pH for soft drinks, e.g. Coke? PH 3.4! This acidity is strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones! Our human body stops building bones at the age of about 30. Softdrinks do not have any nutrition value (in terms of vitamins & minerals). It is high in sugar content, carbonic acid, chemicals i.e. colorings etc. Some like to take cold soft drinks after each meal. Guess what's the impact? Our body needs an optimum temperature of 37>degrees Celsius for digestive enzyme functioning. The temperature of cold soft drinks is very much below 37 degrees>or even close to 0 degrees Celsius. This will dilute the enzymes & stress the digestive system. The food taken will not be digested. In fact it will be fermented! The fermented food produces gases, decays and becomes toxin, gets absorbed by the intestine, circulates in the blood stream and is carried to the whole body. Hence toxin is cumulated in other parts of the body, developing into various diseases.
Think before you drink next time round again!!!!

Finally it is over!!!
It has been two wks since I update my blog again... YES!!! Tmr is the last day of my course... Really can't wait to get out of there as it is so boring there... I rather go back to my unit to do all the stuff den to go for tt course... But one good thing abt there is tt the instructors are very nice n easy going n approachable... I also know a few frens there n things are gg on well so far... Today we had our theory test which is kinda difficult but I can't be bother much as I juz wanna get out of tt place asap... I wanna clear my leave... Go for my birthday celebration, Christmas celebration n new year celebration... It is the festive mood now... Labels: Happy Moments, Updates
