There must be sth more.

Lately I am really impress at the sermon tt is expounding into our lives thru the Sermon on the Mount, thru CG, thru other guest speaker tt comes to our church and share the WOG to us. Throughout my 9 yrs of faith in CHC, I was always anticipating more from God, everytime I am down or even when I am gg thru life without any problem, I am always expecting sth from God. It is not tt u wan to exploit God or kept on asking God for material things but really on the spiritual things tt is from above. Apart from it, it is also asking God to change u into a better person where u can really become a blessing to the society. Christianity to me now is more den juz a religion where u attend only Saturday or Sunday, nor attending CG in the wk, or attending Prayer meeting. The ultimate goal of it is really on building relationships with one another and especially to God. Wat u expect on having sth more, is really on how to be equipped with the WOG and prayers and supplication, fasting tt u burden ourself for the world's souls. Cuz the Word says that “he who wins soul is wise” and “he who seeks the Lord in righteousness will be rewarded”.
Some points to consider to is tt how we can be of someone who have sth more to reach out to the people ard us apart from our fellow Christians, friends, but to more than tt to the rest of the community and society. I remember I listen to a sermon by Dr A R Bernard who says tt we shld be the “go-to”person whenever ppl need help in their lives, y? Cuz we are the little ambassadors of Christ who are the problem solver and able to challenge problem and overcome them. As ppl are willing to pay top dollars to have their problem eradicate. So r we the one who are able to be paid or r we the one who create problem?
We also need to constantly engage the WOG and pray as with the word alone the spirit will dried up, with the Holy Spirit alone, we will blow up, only when we engage the Word and pray that we will definitely grow up as the Lord use and mould u for His purpose in u in ur life to be the salt and light of the earth and world. Constant reading the word and prayer make u in the centre of God's will and He will be able to reveal visions and dreams pertaining ur life to u.
Faith alone is able to move God but wat make God's name glorify is really when u put faith into action and transforming lives and impact the society. It is also when u r willing and available and broken to the Lord tt He is able to put new revelation to u to expound on it and grow and rise up for the occasion. God use ppl mightily when they are broken and humble to Him, He will not use prideful person for His plan or disobedience ppl as it is like the comparison of King Saul and King David, why in the end God chose David instead of Saul. As u can see in the Word, the ppl that is use mightily by God's hand, Abraham (our father of faith), Issac, Jacob, Israel, David, Elijah, Elisha, Jesus, John, Peter. U will notice tt they are all always ready to listen to God's voice and proactive to act on the Rhema tt is spoken to them. Thus, we really need to have the extraordinary substance of obedience and faith to move God's heart to use u.
